Light string troubleshooting steps:

• Please turn off the power first and unplug the socket
• Please check whether the bulb is loose.

If it is loose, please tighten the bulb manually.

• Please check whether the light string circuit is twisted.

If it is twisted, please place it flat manually. Do not squeeze or twist it together.

• Please check whether the Christmas tree trunk and light strings are connected correctly.

If it is not connected correctly, please install the Christmas tree from bottom to top according to the labels 1-2-3; please connect the light string correctly in the order of A line, B line and C line.

• Is the bulb damaged?

Please follow the instructions to use the spare bulb to replace it directly.
